Terms
The important question is not a long document. It is who owns what — and we have already answered that, out loud, to everyone we have spoken to.
The full terms are being written properly
Our terms and conditions are being drafted with our legal advisers so that they hold in both the places our contributors study and the places we operate from. That takes a few weeks. Nothing below is waiting on it — these are commitments we have already made in person, and the document will record them rather than reinterpret them.
What we have committed to
- The recording of your lesson is yours. So is its transcript, and so are the records you write from it.
- We are the custodian of those, not the owner, for as long as daftar exists — and you can download your own material for life.
- The training dataset built from contributions is ours, and nobody can download it. That is the part we are asking you to give, and we would rather be plain about it than bury it.
- If another hawza institution wants to work with that dataset, we may share it with them under agreement — and they will be barred from reselling it.
- Your name stays on your work, permanently.
- We will state the threshold for lifetime IlmFlow access before anyone starts, not after.
If anything here is not what you were told
These commitments were made in conversations and in writing. If your understanding differs from what you read above, we want to know, because that is our mistake and not yours. Tell us and we will put it right.
